The Butcher Shop at The Merc features USDA choice meats cut just how you like them. Whether it's a large cut of chuck for a pot roast or a 2 1/2 inch thick porterhouse for the grill, our display cases have just what you are looking for. If you don't see what you are looking for in the case, just ask the butcher to cut what you need. The Butcher Shop also cuts fresh American lamb. You can order leg of lamb, lamb shanks, lamb chops, and our famous bacon-wrapped lamb patties. Are beef and lamb not your cup of tea? We also offer various cuts of pork chops, pork roasts, whole pork tenderloin, and of course our very own stuffed pork tenderloin with both dried cherry stuffing and wild rice and mushroom stuffing, both local favorites!
