Seafood/Poultry

The Merc's seafood department features local fresh and smoked whitefish from Carlson's Fisheries located just below and down the river from the store. We also sell whitefish pate and smoked chubs from Carlson's as well. We offer fresh farm-raised salmon fillets throughout the year and fresh shrimp cocktail trays and platters served with our homemade cocktail sauce perfect for parties or even just a little snack.

Our frozen section includes a selection of seafood, including crab legs, various sizes of raw and cooked shrimp, oysters, scallops, lobster tails, tuna, and swordfish.
